Kim Bradley Creations shall not be held liable nor in any way responsible for fraudulent credit card usage on our website nor liable for the refund of any monies associated with fraudulent use. No credit card information is held or even submitted to our site, therefore we have no means of determining authenticity of a users or cardholders information.
