Goods requiring shipping, including files requested on a compact disk will be despatched using a mutually agreeable service. Charges applicable will be associated with weight and distance. Again shipping fees will be payable through the Paypal system once the destination is known.
Pricing
All pricing is subject to change and the pricing advertised on the site at the time of purchase will be honoured.
Refund Policy
Please choose carefully. All embroidery and quilting patterns have been tested before being made available for sale. Digital patterns once delivered are final and cannot be returned or replaced. Kim Bradley Creations cannot be held responsible for any tampering by the purchaser which causes the failure of the pattern to work correctly or if the purchaser change their mind or make a wrong decision.
Copyright
All patterns and are copyright to Kim Bradley and are for personal use only by the purchaser. The designs must not be altered in any way nor resold. Please respect this as we invest heavily to have these patterns digitised and to run a web site. If we have no income, we cannot continue to provide for you. We then close down and you lose the opportunity to share in our ideas. If all the pattern suppliers ended up in the same situation then the industry would fail. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. We endeavour to keep the patterns realistically priced. By purchasing a pattern, you have the right to use it multiple times for your own use on multiple machines located in the same premises or for use by you for your clients. You must however NOT pass the electronic files to someone else to use. Third party use of the files you purchase would be regarded as theft of those files.
